But there is a condition, and if you fulfill the condition then only you can eat eggs. Your blood glucose level should be under control and within the normal range. You also should take a minimum of 250-gram fiber-rich vegetables in a day to eat 2 eggs per day. Otherwise the risk of high LDL cholesterol levels increases.
